*Available to PC Optimum Loyalty program members who have a valid and active PC Optimum Account/PCid.Subject to change/cancellation due to operational requirements without notice. By subscribing to eligible items, customers will receive PC Optimum Points equivalent to 10% or 15% of purchase price in value. Earn rates (10% or 15% back in points) vary by product and category. Eligible orders must have a minimum cart value of $30. The amount of points earned will be calculated based on the total amount spent on eligible subscription items multiplied by the applicable earn rate, converted at $1 worth =1,000 points, excluding taxes and delivery fees. (Example: if a customer spend $60 on a subscription item with a earn rate of 10%, the customer will then receive 6000 points which is calculated by $60x10% x 1000 = 6000 points). ^ An eligible subscription order is an order that is automatically created by the subscribe and earn program. One time subscription bonus points up to a total of 16, 000 PC Optimum points available to customers who have completed their 1st, 3rd and 5th eligible "Subscribe and Earn" orders (1000, 5000 and 10,000 points, respectively). 1st eligible order is defined as the first eligible order after the customer has signed up to the "Subscribe and Earn" program. Eligible order must be $30 value or above.
