Ingredients

1 pkg (240 g) PC Blue Menu Pork Tenderloin Souvlaki
4 PC Thins Whole Grain Long White Buns
6 tbsp (90 mL) PC Traditional Tzatziki Yogurt Dip
½ cup (125 mL) PC Crumbled Goat's Milk Feta Cheese
4 or 5 PC Organics Sweet Cocktail Tomatoes, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat barbecue to medium-high heat. Place skewers on greased grill. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes, turning occasionally, or until fully cooked.
  2. Open each bun; spread one-quarter of tzatziki inside each. Divide feta evenly among buns. Place one cooked skewer on each bun. Squeezing bun closed gently with one hand, remove wooden skewer with other hand. Divide tomatoes among buns. Serve immediately.

Chef's Tips

Toast buns on barbecue too, if you like.
