Ingredients

1 cup (250 mL) fresh or unsweetened frozen berries
1/2 cup (125 mL) PC Blue Menu Finesse 0% Vanilla (use any flavour)
4 ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Place berries, yogurt and ice cubes in blender. Puree until smooth. If too thick, add a little water. Makes about 1-1/4 cups (300 mL).

Chef's Tips

Refrigerate leftovers for up to one day; restir before serving.
