This is a nice light dessert even the kids will enjoy. Plan to make it the day before serving, as it takes a while to set in the refrigerator. Yogurt is rich in potassium, an important factor in controlling blood pressure.

1 pkg (85 g) no name Strawberry Jelly Powder
1 cup (250 mL) boiling water
2 cups (500 mL) ice cubes
4 containers (each 100 g) strawberry PC Blue Menu Finesse 0% M.F. Yogurt , strawberry
1 medium banana
6 strawberries
Ground PC Sugar, Chocolate & Cinnamon Blend Grinder


  1. In medium bowl, stir together jelly powder and boiling water until powder is dissolved. Fill a 1 cup (250 mL) glass measuring cup with ice cubes to about the 1 cup (250 mL) mark; add cold water to measure 1 cup (250 mL). Add water and ice cubes to jelly powder mixture; stir until ice cubes melt. Cover with plastic wrap. Chill until completely set, about 4 hours.
  2. In large bowl and using electric mixer, beat jelly with 3 containers of the yogurt until mixture is fluffy. Pour into six dessert cups. Cover. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  3. Thinly slice banana. Garnish yogurt snow with bananas, strawberries and a dollop of remaining yogurt. Grind a little sugar-chocolate seasoning over each and serve.
