1 tbsp (15 mL) PC Creamy Horseradish Sauce
1/8 tsp (0.5 mL) salt
1/2 tsp (2 mL) freshly ground black pepper
1 can (156 g) PC Skinless Boneless Smoked Sockeye Salmon , drained and flaked
3 tbsp (45 mL) PC Mayonnaise - Made with Whole Eggs
1/4 cup (50 mL) cream cheese softened
1 tbsp (15 mL) chopped fresh parsley


  1. Using fork, mash together salmon, cream cheese, mayonnaise, horseradish, parsley, salt and pepper. Transfer to serving dish. Chill for 1 hour.
  2. Serve with crackers or bread.

Chef's Tips

Light cream cheese can be substituted for regular in this recipe.
