These individual garlic breads make a cute addition to your dinner table, alongside spaghetti or lasagne. The yummy, cheesy and garlicky butter melts into both cut side of buns while baking.

Ingredients

1/4 cup (50 mL) PC Country Churned Butter - Unsalted ,softened
1/4 cup (50 mL) grated PC Splendido Parmigiano Reggiano
1 tbsp (15 mL) chopped fresh Italian parsley
1 clove garlic, minced
9 PC Mini Ciabatta Sausage Pre-Sliced Buns

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In small bowl, combine butter, cheese, parsley and garlic. Open buns and spread generous teaspoon (5 mL) on top half only. Place buns right side up on baking sheet.
  3. Bake in centre of oven for 3 to 4 minutes or until crisp and butter is melted.
