Ingredients

1 1/2 cups (375 mL) PC Blue Menu 100% Whole Grain Whole Wheat Rotini
1 cup (250 mL) PC 0% Greek Yogurt- Plain
½ cup (125 mL) PC Blue Menu Zesty Italian Dressing
2 tsp (10 mL) PC Blue Menu Roasted Garlic Seasoning Blend
1 sweet red pepper, finely chopped
1 sweet yellow pepper, finely chopped
4 green onions, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. In large pot of boiling, salted water, cook pasta for 9 to 11 minutes or until tender but firm. Drain. Rinse under cold running water to cool. Drain well.
  2. In large bowl, stir together yogurt, dressing, seasoning blend, peppers and green onions. Add pasta, toss and serve.
