4 cups (1 L) PC Blue Menu Mango Sherbet
1 pineapple fresh, peeled and cored
2 limes cut in wedges


  1. Preheat barbecue to medium-high.
  2. Slice pineapple crosswise into eight equal slices. Place on greased grill; cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side or until pineapple is golden and grill-marked.
  3. Place each slice of pineapple on a dessert plate; top with ½ cup (125 mL) sherbet and garnish with lime wedge. Serve immediately.

Save time by buying the fresh pineapple already peeled and cored.
