A lassi is a cold yogurt-based drink, popular in India. Tart and refreshing, lassi serves to cleanse the palate alongside spicier foods.

2 mint sprigs
1 tub (750 g) PC Blue Menu Finesse Plain Yogurt
1 cup (250 mL) PC 100% Florida Orange Juice chilled
3 tbsp (45 mL) PC Organics Pure Honey
2 very ripe mangos, peeled and coarsely chopped
4 tsp (20 mL) fresh lime juice
limes slices


  1. Place mango in blender or food processor. Add yogurt, orange juice, honey and lime juice. Puree until smooth. Pour into six tall glasses. Garnish with lime slices and mint sprigs.
