2 slices PC Old Fashioned Style Bacon
1 pkg (275 g) PC Fully Cooked Sliced Chicken Breasts
1/2 cup (125 mL) PC Barbecue Sauce - Sweet Rib & Chicken
1 ball fresh pizza dough, about 680 g
1 1/2 cups (375 mL) PC Splendido Shredded Part Skim Stretched Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
3 tbsp (45 mL) coarsely chopped PC Pickled Hot Banana Pepper Rings


  1. Grease grill. Preheat barbecue to medium heat.
  2. Place bacon in cold frying pan. Set over medium-low heat; cook, turning often, until golden brown but still pliable, about 15 minutes. Cool, then slice thinly crosswise. Set aside.
  3. In bowl, stir together chicken and half of BBQ sauce.
  4. Divide pizza dough into two equal portions. On floured surface, roll each portion into a circle roughly 10 to 12 inches (25 to 30 cm) across. Place dough rounds on grill. Close barbecue lid. Cook for 4 to 7 minutes or until well-toasted on bottom. Watch carefully so it does not burn. Transfer pizza rounds to a tray, toasted side up. Reduce barbecue to medium-low heat. Spread remaining BBQ sauce over toasted sides of pizzas. Sprinkle with cheese. Distribute chicken over pizzas. Scatter with onions, bacon and peppers. Return to grill. Close barbecue lid. Cook for 4 to 10 minutes or until bottom is toasted and toppings are hot.
