In Greek mythology, Aphrodite was the goddess of love. This variation on a Greek salad is a one-bowl, chop-and-toss quicky.

1 can (398 mL) PC Super Colossal Pitted Black Olives drained
1 pkg (275 g) PC Fully Cooked Sliced Chicken Breasts
1 pkg (175 g) PC Goat's Milk Feta Cheese in Brine drained
1 bag (125 g) PC Calabrese Bread Croutons - Sea Salt & Pepper
3 small tomatoes, quartered
1 small English cucumber (skin on), cut in 2-inch (5 cm) lengths


  1. Place tomatoes, cucumber, olives, chicken and feta in large bowl. Use PC Scissorhands kitchen shears to chop everything until well-mixed and evenly chopped. Add dressing; toss to coat. Transfer to serving platter. Garnish with croutons.


Chef's Tips

If desired, wash and dry one medium head romaine lettuce; place in large bowl and use clean Scissorhands to chop. Place on serving platter, then place chopped salad on top.
