Traditionally served with Chinese pork dim sum, this sauce is also delicious with meatballs or sausages. It has a good mustard bite.

Ingredients

1/4 cup (50 mL) PC Horseradish Dijon
1 tbsp (15 mL) PC Pure Sesame Oil
1 tsp (5 mL) PC Alfalfa Honey

Instructions

  1. In small bowl, stir together mustard, sesame oil and honey.
  2. Serve with cooked PC Chinese Dim Sum Hors D’Ouevres Collection.

Add some hot sauce to kick up the spiciness.
