Ingredients

1/4 cup (50 mL) PC Naturally Brewed Soya Sauce
1 tbsp (15 mL) PC Seasoned Rice Vinegar
1 tsp (5 mL) PC Organics Pure Honey
1 tsp (5 mL) grated ginger root

Instructions

  1. In small bowl, stir together soy sauce, vinegar, honey and ginger.

Chef's Tips

To garnish, float a coriander leaf or two on top of dip.
