Jewel-like purple juice cubes float in a champagne-coloured drink. It tastes as good as it looks!

Ingredients

3 cups (750 mL) PC Organics Cranberry Blueberry Cocktail
3 cups (750 mL) PC White Grape & Peach 100% Juice Blend
1 cup (250 mL) blueberries

Instructions

  1. Distribute blueberries evenly among cups of two ice cube trays. Pour cranberry-blueberry cocktail over berries. Freeze ice cube trays for 12 hours or until juice is frozen.
  2. Place frozen juice cubes into six 12 oz (375 mL) tall glasses. Pour grape and peach juice over juice cubes and serve.
