Ingredients

15 no name Marshmallows
15 small seedless green grapes
15 blueberries
1 bottle (1.89 L) PC cranberry 100% Juice Blend , chilled

Instructions

  1. Cut marshmallows in half horizontally. Use a chopstick to poke a hole in the centre of each marshmallow piece. Place on waxed paper-lined baking sheet or plate.
  2. Press a grape or blueberry firmly into hole in each marshmallow, making sure fruit is visible on both sides of each marshmallow piece. Cover with plastic wrap. Freeze for 2 hours, or up to 24 hours.
  3. Pour juice into punch bowl. Float frozen marshmallow “eyeballs” in juice.

Chef's Tips

Substitute PC 100% Cranberry & Concord Grape Juice or PC 100% 5-Berry Juice for the cranberry juice.
