This thick roll is stuffed with mounds of turkey and veggies. Wrap whole roll tightly in plastic wrap if taking for lunch.

Ingredients

3 tbsp (45 mL) PC Traditional Tzatziki Yogurt Dip
4 PC Blue Menu Flax whole grain Tortillas
5 oz (150 g) PC Blue Menu Turkey Breast - Deli Sliced
1 tomato, sliced
1/2 cup (125 mL) thinly sliced English cucumber

Instructions

  1. Spread tzatziki over tortillas, leaving 1/2-inch (1 cm) border all around edge. Divide turkey, tomato and cucumber evenly among tortillas, piling along lower third of tortilla. Fold in side edges and roll like a cylinder. Slice each roll in half.

 

 

Chef's Tips

Substitute PC Blue Menu Whole Grain Ancient Grains Tortillas, if you prefer.
