Additional Information


  1. Place tortillas flat on work surface. Divide hummus evenly among tortillas; spread evenly over surface of each. Top with turkey, red peppers and baby spinach, dividing evenly.
  2. Wrap each tortilla firmly into an even cylinder, leaving ends open. Secure with a toothpick and serve, or wrap tightly in plastic wrap and chill for a portable lunch.
