1 pkg (340g) PC Broccoli Slaw
Half medium red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup (125 mL) toasted unsalted cashews
1/2 cup (125 mL) dried cranberries
1/3 cup (75 mL) PC Avocado Mayo Sandwich Spread
1-1/2 tsp (7 ml) white wine vinegar
1 tsp (5 mL) granulated sugar
1/4 tsp (1 mL) each salt and freshly ground black pepper


  1. In large bowl, combine broccoli slaw, red onions, cashews and cranberries.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together sandwich spread, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Pour over slaw mixture; toss to coat.
