1 PC Mini Chefs Gala Apples
1 can (284 g), drained PC Blue Menu Seasoned Chunk Chicken Breast
3 tbsp (45 mL) PC Blue Menu Light Mayonnaise Type Dressing
4 small whole wheat tortillas


  1. Core and finely chop apple. Do not peel.
  2. Place chicken in bowl. Add apple and mayonnaise; stir to combine. Place one-quarter of chicken mixture in centre of each tortilla, about a generous 1/4 cup (50 mL) per tortilla. Fold and serve. Serve with carrot sticks.


Chef's Tips

Pack in a lunch bag with an ice pack to keep sandwich chilled.
