Fully cooked bacon and chicken combine with croutons and dressing in this main course salad that’s tops for pure convenience!

Ingredients

1/2 cup (125 mL) PC Caesar Dressing & Dip
1 pkg (65 g) PC Bacon - Fully Cooked
1 cup (250 mL) PC Sourdough Croutons - Caesar
1/4 cup (50 mL) coarsely grated PC Splendido Parmigiano Reggiano
1 pkg (275 g) PC Fully Cooked Sliced Chicken Breasts
1 head romaine lettuce, washed, dried and torn (about 11 cups/2.75 L)

Instructions

  1. Remove bacon from pouch. Place on microwave-safe plate. Microwave on HIGH for 20 seconds. Cool. Chop bacon.
  2. In large bowl, toss together romaine, croutons, dressing, cheese and bacon. Transfer to serving platter. Top with chicken strips.
  3. Serve with additional cheese, if desired.

Chef's Tips

To lighten up this recipe, substitute PC Blue Menu Dressing - Light Caesar.
