Ingredients

PC Sugar, Chocolate & Cinnamon Blend Grinder
1 cup (250 mL) semi-sweet chocolate chips
4 cups (1 L) freshly brewed PC The Great Canadian Coffee
1/2 cup (125 mL) 35% whipping cream

Instructions

  1. In bowl, whip cream until soft peaks form.
  2. Place 2 tbsp (25 mL) chocolate chips in each of four coffee mugs. Pour brewed coffee over chocolate chips; stir to melt. Divide whipped cream evenly among cups. Grind spice grinder over top.

 

 

Chef's Tips

Add a splash of coffee- or chocolate-flavoured liqueur for a grown-up treat.
