This hearty, warm sandwich is a meal in itself. Messy, but delicious! Crusty kaiser rolls make serving easier than making one big submarine sandwich and slicing it.

2 tbsp (25 mL) PC Roasted Garlic Olive Oil
1 jar (700 mL) PC Pasta Sauce - Fire-Roasted Tomato
1 box (454 g) PC The World's Best Meatless Meatballs

  1. In large frying pan, heat olive oil over medium-high heat; cook onions and peppers until tender-crisp, about 3 to 5 minutes. Stir in tomato sauce and meatballs. Reduce heat to medium. Cook, stirring occasionally, until sauce has thickened and meatballs are heated through, about 7 to 10 minutes.
  2. Slice kaiser rolls in half. Divide meatball mixture among bottom halves of rolls. Place top halves of rolls over meatballs and serve.
