Ingredients

6 PC Blue Menu Air Chilled Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 1/2 cups (375 mL) PC Ranch Dressing
2 tbsp (25 mL) coarsely cracked black pepper

Instructions

  1. Pat pepper all over chicken. Place chicken in shallow glass dish. Pour ranch dressing over chicken; turn to coat well. Cover and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours.
  2. Preheat barbecue to medium-high heat.
  3. Place chicken on greased grill, discarding remaining marinade. Cook for 6 to 8 minutes per side or until cooked through.

 

Chef's Tips

For easy clean-up, use a resealable, heavy-duty plastic bag for marinating the chicken.
