Additional Information

3/4 cup (175 mL) PC Marinade - Honey Mustard
1/2 sweet red pepper, cut in 8 pieces
1/2 sweet yellow pepper, cut in 8 pieces
10 oz (300 g) pork tenderloins, cut in 12 pieces

  1. Soak four bamboo skewers in water for 30 minutes.
  2. Thread pepper and pork pieces alternately onto skewers, so each skewer has 4 pepper pieces and 3 pork pieces. Place skewers in shallow baking dish. Pour 1/2 cup (125 mL) marinade over skewers. Turn to coat. Cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat barbecue to medium-high heat.
  4. Place skewers on greased grill, discarding any marinade left in dish. Cook uncovered for 6 minutes, turning once. Cook for another 2 to 3 minutes, turning frequently and brushing with remaining 1/4 cup (50 mL) marinade, or until pork is cooked through.
  5. Serve with tossed green salad and grilled pita, if desired.
