These golden chunky cookies are positively irresistible with their craggy peaks of chocolate and creamy white nuts. Sensational and rich!

Ingredients

1/2 cup (125 mL) PC Salted Country Churned Butter melted
1 cup (250 mL) packed brown sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 tsp (7 mL) vanilla
1 1/4 cups (300 mL) all purpose flour
1/2 tsp (2 mL) baking soda
1 cup (250 mL), (about 4 rows) PC Milk Chocolate Bar chopped
1 cup (250 mL) chopped dry roasted macadamia nuts

Instructions

  1. Place melted butter in large bowl. With wooden spoon, stir in brown sugar. Stir in egg, then vanilla.
  2. In another bowl, stir together flour and baking soda. With wooden spoon, stir into butter mixture. Stir in chocolate and nuts. Drop by heaping tablespoon (15 mL) onto two large greased cookie sheets, spacing 2 inches (5 cm) apart.
  3. Bake one cookie sheet at a time in centre of preheated 375°F (190°C) oven for 8 to 10 minutes or until edges are firm. Cool on pan on wire rack.
