2 cups (500 mL) PC Blue Menu Finesse Plain Yogurt
1-1/3 cups (325 mL) PC Blue Menu Omega-3 Almond Vanilla Granola
3/4 cup (175 mL) fresh blueberries
1/2 cup (125 mL) PC Blue Menu Twice The Fruit Spread - Apricot

Instructions

  1. In bowl, stir together yogurt and apricot spread. Divide among four glasses or bowls. Sprinkle granola on top.
  2. Skewer blueberries on four skewers and place across top of glasses. Serve immediately.
