You’ll never be at a loss for dessert again with this charmer of a recipe in your files. Spoon it into goblets to show off its cloudlike creaminess. Chilling it will make it more mousse-like.

1 tbsp (15 mL) PC Frothy Creamy, Flavoured Coffee Mix
3 tubs (99 g) PC Pudding - Creamy Caramel
12, crumbled PC The Decadent Chocolate Chunk Cookie
1/4 cup (50 mL) water (boiled)
1 cup (250 mL) whipping cream


1. Dissolve coffee mix in boiling water. Cool.
2. Whip cream until stiff peaks form. Fold in two of the puddings and the crumbled cookies. Spoon into six individual dessert dishes or glasses. (May be made ahead to this point and refrigerated for 2 hours before proceeding.)
3. For sauce, whisk cooled coffee into remaining pudding. Pour sauce over cookie and cream mixture and serve.

Chef's Tips

Can be made 2 hours in advance and sauce finished off when you’re ready to indulge.
