2 tbsp (25 mL) granulated sugar
1/3 cup (75 mL) PC Gourmet Coffee - Regular Grind 100% Arabica
5 wedges (about 100 g) PC Suisse Swiss Milk Chocolate with Honey Almond Nougat
5, broken in bite-sized pieces PC Almond Crunch Cookies
1/2 cup (125 mL) water
1 cup (250 mL) whipped cream



  1. Brew coffee in water. Cool.
  2. In bowl, whip cream with sugar until soft peaks form. Beat in cold coffee.
  3. In blender, chop chocolate for 30 seconds to 1 minute or until coarsely chopped.
  4. Layer one eighth of cookies, cream and chocolate into each of four tall elegant glasses; repeat layers. Serve immediately.

Chef's Tips

You can use a basket drip, cone or plunger coffee maker to prepare the coffee.
