Additional Information


1. Bring washed rind and brie cheeses to room temperature one hour before serving. Bring Cheddar to room temperature 30 minutes before serving.
2. Arrange room temperature cheeses on platter, with a separate knife for each cheese. Place each topper and jam in small bowl with spoon and arrange on platter. Slice baguette and arrange on platter. Serve immediately. Rinds on Belle Rivière and Brie cheeses are edible.
