Ingredients

1 tbsp (15 mL) PC Blue Menu Celeb Margarine - Original
1 pkg (250 g) PC Indian Naan Flatbread
6 oz (175 g) PC Tandoori Extra Lean Chicken Breast
6 thin slices tomato
1 thin slice red onion, separated into rings
1/4 cup (50 mL) fresh coriander leaves
3 slices Ziggy Swiss cheese, about 80 g

Instructions

  1. Preheat panini grill.
  2. Spread Celeb on flat sides of naan. Place one naan on grill, margarine side down. Quickly top with chicken, tomato, onion, coriander and cheese. Place remaining piece of naan on top margarine side up, lining bread up with bottom bread. Close grill. Cook for 4 minutes or until golden and slightly crispy. Cut sandwich into quarters.

Chef's Tips

Cut into 8, skewer with toothpicks and serve as an appetizer, if you like.
