Additional Information


  1. Cut baguette in half horizontally. Drizzle cut sides with olive oil. Place prosciutto on bottom half of baguette. Spoon antipasto evenly on top of prosciutto. Top with mozzarella slices. Place top half of baguette on sandwich. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap. Place on baking sheet. Weight down with stack of plates or other heavy weight. Chill for an hour or two.
  2. Cut into six portions to serve.
