1 box (375 g) PC Blue Menu 100% Whole Wheat Pasta - Penne Rigate
1/2 cup (125 mL) PC Tomato Pesto
1/3 cup (75 mL) grated PC Splendido Parmigiano Reggiano
3 tbsp (45 mL) chopped fresh basil


  1. In large saucepan of boiling, salted water, cook penne for 10 to 12 minutes or until tender but firm. Drain.
  2. In large bowl, combine pesto and pasta; stir well to combine. Divide among six warmed pasta bowls. Top each serving with some cheese and basil.

A great accompaniment to grilled chicken or shellfish.
