1 tbsp (15 mL) PC Splendido Extra Virgin Olive Oil - Cold Pressed
2/3 cup (150 mL) PC MEMORIES OF Szechwan Spicy Peanut Satay Sauce
1/4 cup (50 mL) PC Extra Chunky Salsa - Extra Mild
1 lb (500 g) boneless pork loin chops
1 tbsp (15 mL) fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup (50 mL) 35% whipping cream


  1. In large frying pan, heat oil over medium-high heat; cook pork chops for 5 to 6 minutes per side or until browned and cooked through.
  2. Meanwhile, in small saucepan stir together Memories sauce, salsa and lemon juice; cook over medium-high heat until hot. Remove from heat. Stir in cream.
  3. Transfer pork chops to serving platter. Pour sauce over.

Chef's Tips

To use up remaining PC Memories of Szechwan Spicy Peanut Satay Sauce, skewer cubes of PC Blue Menu Extra Firm Low Fat Tofu with mushrooms, red pepper and onion and grill over medium heat, brushing frequently with Memories sauce until skewers are grill-marked and hot.
