Ingredients

1 cup (250 mL) packed PC Organics Baby Spinach
1/4 cup (50 mL) diced celery
2 tbsp (25 mL) PC Blue Menu Dressing - Fat Free Honey Dijon
2 carrots, coarsely shredded
2 tbsp (25 mL) minced red onion

Instructions

1. In bowl, toss together spinach, celery, carrots, red onion and dressing.
