2 tbsp (25 mL) PC 100% Pure Maple Syrup
1 tbsp (15 mL) PC Splendido Extra Virgin Olive Oil - Cold Pressed
2 PC Blue Menu Wild Sockeye Salmon Skin-On Fillets thawed
2 tbsp (25 mL) no name Light Soy Sauce


  1. In small baking dish, stir together soy sauce, maple syrup and oil; add salmon and let stand for 20 minutes at room temperature, turning salmon fillets after 10 minutes. Preheat barbecue to medium-low heat.
  2. Place salmon on greased grill, skin side down, reserving marinade left in dish. Close lid. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until just cooked through. Transfer to plates.
  3. Pour remaining marinade in dish into small saucepan. Bring to a boil. Boil for 1 minute. Drizzle over salmon.


Chef's Tips

Serve with steamed Asian greens such as bok choy.
