Everyone loves spinach dip. This healthier spread version is easy to prepare for the family and for parties.

Ingredients

2 pkg (each 312 g) frozen chopped spinach, thawed
½ cup (125 mL) PC 0% Greek Yogurt- Plain
1/3 cup (75 mL) PC Blue Menu Light Cream Cheese , at room temperature
¼ tsp (1 mL) salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Spray 8-inch square (2 L) glass baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Squeeze spinach dry. Place in food processor with yogurt, cream cheese and salt. Pulse on and off until smooth. Spread into prepared dish. Bake uncovered until bubbling and golden brown, about 20 to 25 minutes. Serve with toasted pita.
