The flavours in our roast chicken spice grinder make this side dish the perfect accompaniment to a roast chicken or turkey. Pop the potatoes in the oven while your bird rests and while you carve it.

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line shallow roasting pan with parchment paper or foil
  2. Place potatoes in medium saucepan. Cover with cold water. Add 1 tsp (5 mL) salt. Bring to a boil. Boil for 5 minutes. Drain. Return potatoes to saucepan. Add oil and spice grinder; toss to coat. Transfer to prepared roasting pan.
  3. Bake in centre of oven for 20 minutes, stirring once, or until golden and tender.
