Ingredients

salt & freshly ground black pepper
1 tbsp (15 mL) PC Splendido Extra Virgin Olive Oil - Cold Pressed
1/2 cup (125 mL) PC MEMORIES OF Dad's Grill, Maple, Apple & Beer Sauce
1 1/2 tsp (7 mL) PC Horseradish Mayo Sandwich Spread
4 red skinned potatoes (about 1 lb/500 g), scrubbed

Instructions

  1. Preheat barbecue to medium.
  2. Cut potatoes into six wedges each. Place in saucepan. Add cold water to cover. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium; cook uncovered for 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Drain. Toss with olive oil, salt and pepper. Place on greased grill; cook for 10 to 15 minutes, turning occasionally, or until well-marked.
  3. In small bowl, stir together Memories sauce and sandwich spread. Serve potatoes with sauce for dipping.

Chef's Tips

These potatoes made a wonderful side dish, or try them as an appetizer a la potato skins!
