At 18 months, your baby wants to feed herself. Give her this for breakfast and watch her go! The puffed wheat in this breakfast parfait is naturally very soft and softens further when layered in with yogurt and thawed berries.

1/4 cup (50 mL) PC Organics Canadian Wild Blueberries
1/2 cup (125 mL) PC Organics Strawberry Fruit-On-Bottom Yogurt
1/3 cup (75 mL) puffed wheat cereal
1 tbsp (15 mL) PC 100% Pure Maple Syrup


  1. Let blueberries stand at room temperature for 10 minutes before assembling parfaits.
  2. Divide yogurt between two small juice cups. Sprinkle puffed wheat over yogurt. Sprinkle blueberries over puffed wheat and drizzle with maple syrup.
