2 heads cauliflower, trimmed and cut in large florets
1/2 cup (125 mL) PC French Vinaigrette


  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roast in centre of oven for 45 minutes, stirring halfway.
  3. Transfer to serving platter; drizzle with remaining vinaigrette.
