1 pkg (140 g) PC Soft Unripened Goat's Milk Cheese crumbled
3 slices PC Splendido Prosciutto cut in thin strips
1 1/2 cups (375 mL) PC Calabrese Bread Croutons - Rosemary & Garlic
1/2 cup (125 mL) PC Sliced Sweet Roasted Red Peppers drained
8 eggs
1/2 cup (125 mL) 10% half and half cream
2 tbsp (25 mL) minced red onion


  1. In large bowl, whisk together eggs and cream. Stir in goat cheese, prosciutto, croutons, red peppers and onions. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. 
  2. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Spray 12-cup muffin tin generously with PC Canola Oil Cooking Spray. 
  3. Ladle crouton mixture into prepared muffin cups, dividing evenly. Bake in centre of oven for 17 to 20 minutes or until puffed and golden. Run a knife around each strata, then invert pan over wire rack. Serve immediately.


Chef's Tips

To reheat leftover strata cups, place on a non-stick baking sheet and heat at 425°F (220°C) for 10 minutes.
