Greek yogurt is much thicker and creamier than regular yogurt so it’s the perfect base for dips. A great way to get the kids to eat their fruit!

1-1/3 cups (325 mL) PC 0% Greek Yogurt- Plain
3 tbsp (45 mL) PC Alfalfa Honey
¼ tsp (1 mL) finely grated orange rind
1/8 tsp (0.5 mL) vanilla
1 tbsp (15 mL) freshly squeezed orange juice


  1. In bowl, stir together yogurt, honey, orange rind and juice, and vanilla.
  2. Serve with your favourite fresh fruit chunks and wedges.
