1/2 cup (125 mL)	PC Sun-Dried Tomatoes
1/4 tsp (1 mL)	minced garlic
1 pkg (140 g)	PC Soft Unripened Goat's Milk Cheese
1 pkg (250 g)	no name cream cheese, at room temperature

Place sundried tomatoes and garlic in food processor. Process until finely chopped. Add goat cheese and cream cheese; process until combined. Serve with sliced baguette.

Also fabulous as a sandwich spread.
