12 PC The Decadent Chocolate Chip Cookie
2 PC The Decadent Molten Chocolate Cakes
1 cup (250 mL) 35% whipping cream
1 pint (550 mL) fresh strawberries, cleaned and sliced

Instructions

  1. Place cookies in zippered plastic bag. Gently pound with rolling pin until coarsely crushed, about 1/2-inch (1 cm) chunks.
  2. Let molten cakes thaw for 10 minutes. Cut into 1/2-inch (1 cm) chunks.
  3. In bowl and using electric mixer, whip cream until stiff. Using spatula, fold in cookies, molten cakes and strawberries. Cover bowl with plastic wrap. Freeze for 1 hour.
  4. To serve, spoon into dessert bowls. Garnish with extra whole strawberries, if desired.

Delicious year-round, but especially wonderful with fresh local strawberries, in season.
