4 cups (1 L) PC Blue Menu Raisin & Almond Granola Cereal
1/2 cup (125 mL) PC The Decadent Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
1/2 cup (125 mL) no name Sweetened Shredded Coconut
1/4 cup (50 mL) unsalted butter
3 cups (750 mL) Mini Marshmallows


  1. Line 8-inch (2 L) square glass baking dish with foil.
  2. In large bowl, stir together granola and coconut. Set aside.
  3. In saucepan, melt butter over low heat; stir in marshmallows until melted. Remove from heat. Stir in granola mixture. Stir in chocolate chips. Using greased fingers, pat into prepared baking dish. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until set.
  4. Remove from pan. Cut into 16 bars.


Chef's Tips

Substitute dried cranberries or blueberries for the chocolate chips, if desired.
