Half 400 g bar PC Suisse Swiss Milk Chocolate with Honey Almond Nougat
1/3 cup (75 mL) unsalted butter
1/2 cup (125 mL) PC Old Fashioned Dark Chocolate Ice Cream and Dessert Topping
2 large eggs
1/3 cup (75 mL) all purpose flour


  1. Preheat oven to 350° F (180° C). Spray 8-inch (2 L) square cake pan with PC Blue Menu Canola Oil Cooking Spray.
  2. Place chocolate and butter in microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes, stirring once, or until melted. Stir in dessert topping.
  3. In bowl, whisk eggs with flour until mixed. Whisk in chocolate mixture. Pour into prepared pan.
  4. Bake in centre of oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool in pan on wire rack.
  5. Cut into nine squares.

Chef's Tips

Garnish with a dollop of whipped cream for a sit-down dessert .
