Ingredients

2 cups (500 mL) skim milk
3/4 tsp (4 mL) no name Ground Cinnamon
1/8 tsp (0.5 mL) no name Red Pepper Flakes
Half 300 g bar PC Extra Dark Chocolate , coarsely chopped
PC Sugar, Chocolate & Cinnamon Blend Grinder
no name Cinnamon Sticks

Instructions

  1. In saucepan, heat milk, cinnamon and hot pepper flakes over medium heat, stirring, until milk is hot and starts to bubble around edges.
  2. Pour milk into blender. Add chocolate. Cover with lid of blender. Cover lid with tea towel to prevent hot milk splashing out. Blend mixture for 1 minute or until frothy. Pour into espresso cups or small glasses. Grind some grinder over top and garnish with cinnamon stick

Chef's Tips

Remove hot milk mixture from heat. Add chocolate to hot milk; use immersion blender to blend chocolate instead of a blender.
