Ingredients

20 strawberries, hulled
10 seedless green grapes
1 small ripe banana, cut in 10 pieces
1 cup (250 mL) cubed pineapple
1/2 cup (125 mL) PC Blue Menu Finesse 0% Vanilla
1/2 cup (125 mL) PC Old Fashioned Dark Chocolate Ice Cream and Dessert Topping
1/2 cup (125 mL) PC Old Fashioned Butterscotch Ice Cream and Dessert Topping

Instructions

  1. Skewer each piece of fruit with a frilly toothpick. Place decoratively around outside edge of large platter.
  2. Place yogurt in small serving bowl; place in centre of platter.
  3. Pour chocolate sauce and butterscotch sauce separately into two microwave safe bowls. Separately, heat on HIGH for 20 to 30 seconds or until runny. Place two sauces near yogurt in centre of fruit platter.

Chef's Tips

To save time, you can buy peeled and cored pineapple in the produce section.
