1 PC Blue Menu Stone-Baked Original Flatbread
1/4 cup (50 mL) PC MEMORIES OF Tuscany Balsamic Vinegar & Fig Sauce
1 pkg (142 g) PC Organics Baby Arugula
1 green apple, cored and diced (skin on)
1/4 cup (50 mL) PC Soft Unripened Goat's Milk Cheese


1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Bake flatbread for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from oven.
2. Spread flatbread with Memories sauce. Top with arugula, apple slices and crumbled goat’s cheese. Cut into six pieces and serve.
