4 oz (125 g) PC 1-Year Old Canadian White Cheddar Cheese thinly sliced
9 oz (275 g) deli sliced PC Tandoori Extra Lean Chicken Breast
1 ripe mango, peeled and thinly sliced
1/2 cup (125 mL) loosely packed fresh coriander leaves
1/2 cup (125 mL) PC Blue Menu Indian Raita
3 Blue Menu Thins - Whole Grain Round White Buns , halved and toasted


  1. Preheat barbecue to medium-low heat.
  2. Open buns. On bottoms of buns, stack cheese, chicken, mango and coriander, dividing evenly. Replace bun tops. Spray both sides of sandwich lightly with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Place on grill; cook for 1 to 3 minutes per side or until lightly charred and cheese is melted.
  4. Cut each sandwich into four pieces. Serve with PC Blue Menu Indian Raita to dip.
